Amongst others, Acupuncture can potentially help with ovulatory disorders, hormone imbalances, sexual dysfunction, abnormal sperm parameters, endometriosis, and unexplained infertility.  This is achieved through:

Compassionate Guidance:

Acupuncture may be right for you.  For Acupuncture care before, during or after fertility treatments, you can strengthen your relationship with your own Acupuncture practitioner in the community, or find a provider near you.

At ARC, we want to take the stress out of Acupuncture care for you on the day of Embryo Transfer.

ARC is partnering with Whole Family Health on Embryo Transfer Day.  Their Acupuncture practitioners who have specialized training in fertility and reproductive medicine are ABORM Internationally certified and can be available on-site at ARC on the day of an Embryo Transfer.  They utilize evidence-based Acupuncture protocols that have been developed through research studies that may enhance the chances of success of an Embryo Transfer.

For more information about this option and to see if it is right for you, please book a free consultation with our Whole Person CARE Guide.

Registered Dietitian
Specializing in Reproductive Health

We know that success in getting pregnant is determined by so many factors that you cannot control.  Nutrition is an important part of maintaining your overall health as it affects all body processes, including hormones and fertility.  No matter what stage you are at in your fertility journey, diet and lifestyle factors should be an important part of your plan.  Working with a Reproductive Dietitian can identify and support sustainable dietary and lifestyle changes to provide the best chance of conceiving.

Beginning in the months prior to trying to conceive, a Reproductive Dietitian can work with you to develop a personalized nutrition plan, including specific food and tailored supplement recommendations to:

  • Boost egg and sperm health;
  • Regulate menstrual cycles and ovulation; and
  • Manage and improve health conditions that can affect fertility such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS, thyroid conditions, insulin resistance, celiac disease and inflammatory bowel disease.

A Reproductive Dietitian can also provide support during fertility treatments.  They can offer dietary strategies to increase the chances of implantation, and guide you on what to eat during the two week wait.  A dietitian can provide food and supplement recommendations specific to your individual needs and stage of treatment.

If you have ever wanted someone to work with you to optimize your nutritional intake as it directly relates to your fertility, please contact ARC at (587) 442-0461.  You do not need a referral and you do not need to be a patient of ARC.  If you have health benefits through your insurance provider, this service may be completely covered.

Reproductive Counselling
Specializing in Reproductive Mental Health

You are not alone. We understand that navigating through family planning, infertility, and pregnancy loss can result in intense emotions that may be more than you can manage yourself. Getting help with your mental health is an important part of maintaining your overall health. Since so much of the focus is on your body, it can be difficult to remember to take care of your emotional well-being and your mental health. At ARC, we believe in taking a holistic approach to care and that includes emotional support. Reproductive counselling offers you a safe space to talk about whatever is on your mind and empowers you to move forward on this journey in a way that makes you feel healthy, and supported.

If you do not already working with someone to optimize your emotional and mental health as it directly relates to your fertility, please contact ARC at (587) 442-0461.  You do not need a referral and you do not need to be a patient of ARC.  If you have health benefits through your insurance provider, Registered Psychological services may be completely covered.
